Origin

In an alien dimension fifteen worlds existed; seven worlds of light, seven worlds of shadow and the world of balance - Pytharia. Upon Pytharia a man seeking arcane knowledge to help his world accidentally released a demon which attempted to possess him. Although the demon was exorcised it left its mark upon his right hand - a mark which would be carried by the man's male descendants. The greatest in the linage of the cursed was Valcan, who chosen by the Gods of Elder Light served as their champion against the Shadow Gods - who sought to topple the cosmic equilibrium and cast the universe into chaos.

Educated and trained by the Gods of Elder Light, Valcan became an unparalleled warrior mastering all known forms of combat. As gifts to use in his battle against the Shadow Gods, Valcan was given an invincible sword dubbed Moonthorn and crimson gauntlet to shield him from his hand's demonic influence. Armed with these mystic weapons he became Claw the Unconquered.
