Origin

As a child John Raymond became interested in what motivated people to commit crimes after his brother Tom ran afoul of the law. Becoming a professor of criminology, Raymond deciding to not only study crime, but to do something about it as the Web.


Decades after his exploits as the Web, Raymond's son carries on his father's quest to battle crime by continuing the legacy of the Web.
