Origin

Fleeing the dying planet of Thundera, a shuttle of eight passengers lead by the wise Jaga went in search of sanctuary.

All but Jaga, who piloted the ship, were keep in cryonic stasis which slowed their aging. Amongst them was the young Lion cub who was destined by decree to one day lead his fellow passengers. He was allowed to age to manhood while in cryogenic sleep, but he maintained the maturity of a little boy. In time, his duties to his fellow passengers, and advise from the spirit of Jaga, would help him grow into a great leader known as Lion-O.
