Quantum Bands: Two bracelets of unknown origin which can access subatomic particles from a dimension known as the Quantum Zone. The energy from the Quantum Zone can be mentally manipulated by the Quantum Band's wearer to fire concussive blasts, create solid energy constructs and engage in terrestrial or interstellar flight.
Quantum Headband: Device worn on the head which allows the wearer to interface with Uranian technology.
Silver Bullet: Interstellar rocketship created from Earth and Uranian technology.

In the 1930's astrophysicist Horace Grayson departed from Earth with his infant son, Robert, using a rocket created with technology from the Eternal colony of Uranus. Finding a home among the technologically advanced Uranians, the young Robert learned knowledge and skills which would allow him to battle evil both on Earth and in space as Marvel Boy.
